shocked A new warning for parents. Local investigators say they have evidence of minors being sexually exploited, and it may happen again. Police in Biloxi, MS tell us the alleged crimes take place during watch parties for the "Rocky Horror Picture Show."(BILOXI, MS.)
Investigators say they arrested six people who allowed 31 minors to view public nudity, simulated sexual acts, and pornography this past Saturday night. Police charged each of the six with 31 misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Police also arrested another organizer, 30-year-old Justin Meyers, for an outstanding warrant on charges of exploitation of a child. We tried to catch up with the main event organizer 43-year-old Robert Kimsey at his home. "We have no comment"...
...But Kimsey's attorney did agree to speak on his client's behalf. "It may be a little bit of exaggeration with the charges. We've just got to investigate," said Billy Miller.
Police say Kimsey also faces a felony count of exploitation of a child. "The charges are linked to photographs of underage girls," said Captain Peterson.
...Even more troubling to investigators, they say some of the minors are pressured into performing sexual acts as part of an initiation to the group. Once allowed in, investigators say, they're invited to private parties behind closed doors. "We have knowledge that if your not willing to do this that they will ask you to leave," Peterson told NBC-15 News.

While there's no doubt some inexcusable things were done by some of those involved, the way Rocky Unbound and the Rocky Horror monthly shows were characterized was entirely unfair.

1. Make their shows 18+ only. What with the highly sexualized nature of the show there was NO reason what so ever underage people should have been in attendance.
2. Distance themselves completely from Tony. Everyone in the Coast MS/LA/AL fandom knew what a child molesting giant dirt bag he was, yet everyone seemed just to look the other way. I knew sooner or later the FBI would find cause to come after that sleezy fatass. I met a number of his underage victims at cons.
Its sad that our Rocky group has now pretty much imploded on itself, but maybe a new group not composed of pedophiles can emerge from the ashes

It doesn't change the fact that you are either the most oblivious dumbass around to NOT have seen what Tony was doing or you were a part of the problem by being one of the people who constantly tried to cover up for him. Even if you somehow didn't know that he has a record then if you spend more than 15 minutes with the guy you know he was out to get some underage kids.So, which of these are you?
a. cover-up fool who is ruining RHPS for everyone else by letting him be involved.

I don't think even after all the good time at cons when I was a teenager if I could still associate with the Rocky people now as an adult for fear of what it could do to my personal and professional reputation.

I attended and was a cast member of Rocky Unbound and played Janet at the Silver Screen under Tony Kimsey's direction from 1991-1993. I actually married the man who played Brad opposite me. We were both 19 at the time.Cast parties were a very common thing, but I never saw anything like what is being described. He was always respectful to the females, no matter what their age. Until I see him formally convicted, I just can't believe these charges. He was like a second father to many of us, and I offer him my complete support. I love you Big T!

most of you are idiots in my opinion. you were not there that night. tony has never given drugs to anyone ever! kyle, you got removed from trying to get on cast after 2 monthes becauseyou rarely show up for the show, and on the few times you showed up, you were intoxicated. any one ever on cast knew that tony did not allow drugs or drinking on cast. this shows me that so many wanna be's are out there. Go on show this to his lawyer. Maybe he can come up with stragies to figure out how not to make Tony look like a fat nasty pediphile, but I doubt it. I've been going to cons for a while now and any time I've heard mention of Tony it was something dealing with his love for underage girls. Maybe I don't know him well enough but I have known people who did who still say that he was inapporiate with kids who come from bad homes who he could do inapporaiate things with and the parents wouldn't care.You can't try to anonoymously defend him all you want here, I doubt it will help him.
